How many of you food prep? I have found for me that food prepping is the only way I am most likely going to eat as nutritionally as I need to. While I am able to make healthy choices on the spur, this is a must for me. It can be time consuming but definitely worth it. I generally prep on Sunday or Monday evenings for my M-F meals. I for the most part have a Vegan diet M-F and I am toying with the idea of going full vegan. Right now everything is pretty basic that I do and I have been doing it for a few months. I don’t consistently do it every week, but that is the goal. I will be sharing my weekly meal preps and adding videos as well. Thanks!
