I am in the process of coming up with a skin care regimen that I MUST stick to. I do make sure I adhere to the basics, but not as regularly as I definitely should. I see that there are all types of gadgets and techniques out and I can’t wait to try some of them out. I am very good at buying things or trying things once. I generally don’t stick to doing them and I know in order to see real results, I have to. I have very oily skin, my T-zone is a maniac! I need to come up with a way to tame it. I also have a lot of dark spots due to bad habits. I recently purchased a facial sauna and will use this as part of my skin care regimen. I said recently purchased, but I actually bought this back in August, and I have not used it once. But trust me, I’m going to start! These facial saunas/steamers are supposed to open your pores to get out all of the dirt and impurities that are under the skin’s surface. This is normally done at 110 degrees and depending on your skin type it is recommended that an herb or essential oil is added to the water. It takes about 5-10 minutes and should be done 1-2 times per week. I have the Con Air hot/cold facial sauna model 3704CR and will start off using it once per week. The price range for this particular model is generally $40-$60 and can be purchased at various stores. Once I do start actually using it, I will upload a video and also give a review.
